We originally reached out to PPW just looking for a quote, and didn't have the intention of getting the work done right away. Scott and his crew were on time for the scheduled quote, took a bunch of measurements, and made sure to take the time to address some of our initial concerns (moss buildup, stained concrete, oil residue, etc). The quote they provided was very fair, and we went ahead and scheduled for the following week. They showed up early for the appointment and did an outstanding job. They were polite every step of the way, up front with some things we hadn't thought of, and really took the time to handle everything the way we wanted. The attention to detail, pricing, and communication was the best we've dealt with in a long time. I would strongly recommend PPW to anyone who needs any kind of concrete pressure washing done.
